About the event
Located along Amsterdam’s historic Singel canal, SALON188 is a contemporary cultural salon where Asian and European art, culture, and ideas come together.
On October 25, 2026, join us for a mahjong afternoon hosted by HashtagbyLily as part of the Asia Hub’s special program during ADE. French-Chinese DJ Achetray will be reinventing Chinese emblematic tracks, blending them with pop culture, perfect for a mahjong house vibe

Drink, eat & Play
All levels are welcome. We'll seat you at the right table. We'll be playing Hong Kong style by default, but feel free to play other variations if everyone at your table agrees. We will provide the mahjong sets and tables, so all you have to do is sit back, enjoy the vibes, and win as much as you can.

* Please note: This is not a workshop. You should already know the basics of how to play mahjong independently. Although, we are there for all your questions and support if you still need some guidance.

Ticket
There are 3 different time slots 13.00-15.00 / 15.00-17.00 / 17.00-19.00.
We will ask about your level so we can seat you at the same level, if we can. If the next slot is not full, we will offer you the opportunity to play a little bit longer. You are also welcome to stay as long as you want to enjoy the good vibes.

Your ticket includes:
- 1x choice of a bolo bao (pineapple bun) or a char siu bao (sweet pork bun)
- 1x gin&tonic with Saigon Baigur Gin or 1x Chinese matcha by Cha Moods Tea

Location
Singel 188HS, 1016 AA Amsterdam
